Thanks to all of the wonderful and creative writers who participated last week in our first-ever SIMPLY SNICKERS poetry prompt. We have all been enjoying reading one another's work.
Those who posted have been added to our blogroll.
This week, for Sunday, May 11th, our SIMPLY SNICKERS poetry prompt includes these key words:
boot
bid
blame
Use your imagination, and have fun! A boot might remind you of a cowboy, a fine Victorian lady or a mountain explorer. We cannot wait to see where creative minds will go!bid
blame
Why not display your tricks with limericks, dazzle your readers with meters or show you're in your prime with rhyme? Or, if you are feeling carefree and creative, why not immerse in some zestful free verse?
Be sure to come back to SIMPLY SNICKERS by Sunday, May 11th, and leave a comment with a link to your post, once you have published your poem on your own blog.
And remember to check out other entries, as we all enjoy blog visits and friendly comments!
Have fun!
